With 17 years of experience in sales and finance, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Jet Lending, LLC. Originally from Arizona, she relocated to Houston three years ago to immerse herself in the city’s thriving real estate market. Since then, Vanessa has become well-versed in Houston’s real estate landscape, fueling her passion for investing.
In addition to her role as a Loan Officer, Vanessa is also a licensed real estate agent and life insurance agent, offering real estate investors a unique advantage. She guides clients through the entire process, from finding deals to unlocking additional funds by taking loans against their life insurance policies.
Vanessa’s decision to join Jet Lending was driven by her deep interest in real estate investing and her desire to educate others. Her sharp investigative skills, honed through her background as a pre-med student and her Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science with Forensics from Arizona State University, allow her to identify and assess profitable investment opportunities. While she has a strong focus on land and development, Vanessa also enjoys helping new investors with fix and flip projects.

Whether working with seasoned investors or those new to the industry, she is dedicated to ensuring her clients' investments are successful and that they feel supported throughout the process.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband, four stepchildren, grandbaby, and two Cane Corsos in Cypress, Texas. She loves fellowship with her church family and enjoys horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving, playing tennis, and traveling to Costa Rica and Dubai.
