Madison holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M International University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University, blending a solid academic foundation with substantial hands-on experience in personal assistance and customer service.
Her dedication to exceptional service is demonstrated through her role as a Personal Assistant, where she managed complex calendars, maintained client communication, and adhered to confidentiality through a non-disclosure agreement. At Dutch Bros Coffee, she provided fast, friendly service, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Madison's extensive volunteer work includes leading the Special Projects Team for Humble ISD, where she addressed challenges within the school system and organized meaningful community and school events. She also volunteered as a teacher's aide, where she strengthened her interpersonal skills and offered personalized support to students.
Madison is excited to join Jet Lending's servicing team and is dedicated to assisting clients with their servicing needs.
