Johnny Hays graduated from Mississippi State. He first began his Real Estate career in January of 2004 with Jet Lending, LLC. Prior to Jet Lending, Johnny was a top marketing representative for Federated Insurance Company for 7 years, earning top sales awards every year. During this time, Johnny was promoted to Marketing Manager of Texas where he received top marketing awards as well. Johnny then left a successful management and sales career of over 14 years in the Commercial Insurance Industry to begin building Jet Lending, LLC., with Eddie and Debbie Gant.
