Alex Buriak is the Senior Vice President of Jet Lending. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was recognized with the "Emerging Leaders" award. During his time at the university, Alex contributed to the development of the College of Physician Assistant Studies within the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and became a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society. He also taught at the Center for Emergency Medicine and served as a research assistant for the American Heart Association.
Alex earned his degree in Emergency Medicine, Medical Sciences, and an AS in Biology, with a curriculum for a minor in Chemistry. He also gained certification as a Critical Care Paramedic (CCEMT-P). He then went on to graduate from the National University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree, where he served as Student Body and Class President. His academic and operational excellence earned him the Joseph Janse Outstanding Graduate Award.
After practicing chiropractic medicine and managing multiple clinics for three years, Alex transitioned into real estate to raise capital for starting another practice. In this new career, he quickly became the top-producing loan officer and business developer for Jet Lending, closing over 630 loans, selling an average of 18 houses annually, and evaluating numerous deals across Texas.
Alex has since expanded his influence by helping real estate companies grow into new markets and states. He has also modernized and streamlined operations to improve business efficiency. A sought-after speaker, Alex regularly participates in panels across Texas, is an author for the investment magazine "Private Lender", where he shares his expertise in lending, business development, operations and underwriting strategies.
